'FLOW' - Nike Concept Ad
This is a Nike Concept Ad created by my team and I. Co-directed and Co-edited by my partner (Dylan Aroloye) and myself. Model is David Atoyebi (J'adore Model). Our goal for this concept Ad was to put you (the audience) in the shoes of a normal young black creative male and the obstacles that he faces. The visual experience starts off with him walking to a peaceful place in his Nike 'swoosh' white tracksuit, and Air Max 95 'multi-color pony hair' sneakers, where he can Dance which is his form of self expression. His day continues as any other day would. He pops by the local chicken shop to grab a quick meal, and he also gets stopped and runs away from the police because he fits a stereotype.
We rendered this project to have a square and portrait dimension for Instagram. We felt that this format was best because you are given a larger area of the screen on the Instagram platform. The video was received extremely well and got over 50k views on Twitter.
