Fonthill Mews Branding

Fonthill Mews built in Finsbury Park, N4 are a private development of eleven purpose built two bedroom houses. Designed to bring the feel of a New York Loft apartment to the heart of North London the homes feature traditional and modern finishes. A fusion of iron detailing and soft wood make the properties highly desirable to the target market of late 20-40 professionals. ​ I started with a strict colour palette of inky grey blue and a soft peach to represent the clash of iron and wood. Neon green, inspired by house plants, is used sparingly to accent images. The modern serif font ties the traditional and modern together with the circular shape becoming a ‘keyhole’ into the home.
