Food Markets – In the Belly of the City (5x45') ZDF (German TV)
An award-winning documentary series about five food markets in five different European cities. Through the electrifying colours, pulsing sounds and gorging products, a journey of discovery on how these complex food supply systems work and, ultimately, how they characterise the identity of the city they belong to.
I was responsible for the off-line editing of the interviews; using story-telling skills and a journalistic approach, I determined what was most compelling and relevant in accordance with the series' storyline. Camera operator for promotional material and additional footage.
