ne of our biggest projects was building a style advice service. This was the first time I had to build a form - design it, wireframe it and build the Front-End, as well as working with our developer to couple the design with any necessary back-end code. Our first attempt was mainly an experiment, heavily monitored with user testing, where, after a few weeks, we realised exactly what we need to add and amend to get the desired results.
The final design is a few simple steps, heavily focused on visuals. We perfected the efficiency of the workflows from receiving a customer request to how they access and use our advice. Our final product allowed our stylist to built an outfit that the customer could purchase at one click of a button, receive the order, and only pay for the items they want to keep.
