  • Eitan Buchalter

A culture of innovation refers to the visible and invisible rules that facilitate the development of ideas through an organisation. Many organisations are keen to emphasise the importance of innovation to their future success and strive to optimise innovative outputs. However, it is rare that companies fully embrace the importance of their culture in delivering their ambitious innovation targets. A culture of innovation is, therefore, a real-world alignment between a company’s innovation strategy and a carefully nurtured corporate culture that enables ideas to develop in the ways a company needs. So, how do you nurture a culture of innovation that is right for your business? We asked Dr Eitan Buchalter, an international innovation specialist from the Global Governance Institute to shed some light on how high profile, global organisations can drive transformational change through a culture of innovation. In 40 minutes, we’ll talk about: - What do we mean by ‘a culture of innovation’? - What kind of innovation is needed in order to drive your business objectives? - How can innovative thinking be nurtured? - A culture of innovation in your HIRING process! This thought-provoking session will be beneficial to hiring managers, talent acquisition specialists and business owners who want to learn more about how innovative thinking can flourish in their organisation.
