Freedom of the Damned is a short story about post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a consequence of war. Sergeant Jacob is a soldier in the U.S. army and is serving his country in Iraq. He is ordered to carry out a mission on his last night of tour. But what Jacob finds will lead him to a life shattering conclusion. Just how much can Jacob take before his conscience drags him down?
