At Plan-B Studio we give each team member their birthday off, if it falls on a weekend they can take the Friday or Monday off. We've also introduced 'Fuck Black Friday'. A day off to go outside. Go for a walk. Catch-up with friends. The only rule is: Boycott shopping and 'deals'. Don't believe the bullshit.
