Fund-raising for Indie Short Film

Hello, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and a nice New Year. I am an actor and freelance writer and director who has created his most ambitious project yet! It is a short film about a man thinking back about his time in the Second World War and the journeys he went through with his best friend from highs to lows. As crazy as it sounds, this story means more to me than the script it's self, as the the idea was inspired by real people I have met throughout the years, that have influenced me to write this, to motivate myself as a person that has learning difficulties that I can make this happen, that it Is possible and hopefully inspire other people out there too. Currently, I have set up a kick starter fundraising page to help with the cost of the shoot as I have a production company and professional actors to do this (with future plans to send this off to well known online streaming companies and independent short film festivals to progress this into a future feature to tell more to the story), as well as half the funding to go towards a charity in line with the short film subject, as well as money raised at the premiere upon completion.
