The project title was Disruption. I took my recently discovered passion for foraging and used it to inform my practice. I found that fungus were a seriously under appreciated and vital part of the ecosystem and sought to celebrate these noble beings which are neither plant nor animal. Fungus are powerful but they do not always destroy; the mycelium moves through matter transferring nutrients to and from plants. I then designed and made bags which could be worn on a forage in the woods.
