Future Patient Journey

Grüner Wirtschafts Dialog hosted a workshop that consisted of various stakeholders divided into 4 groups. Each group envisioned a possible patient journey for a specific type of user. I visualized all 4 patient journeys which were used as workshop documentation. Client: Grüner Wirtschaftsdialog e.V.
