User research and writing for a project of innovative practices in education for a no-profit org in Luxembourg.
Over 8 months I:
+ interviewed students, teachers and other actors in education to understand current challenges
+ did desk research on trends in education, as well as case studies of design thinking applied in schools and other institutions
+ facilitated workshops with external collaborators to analyse data and ideate possible solutions
+ contributed to the creation of 10 pilot projects and relative KPIs
+ wrote a 40+ page report on the research and its results to promote the project and invite collaborators to join for the testing phase of the pilots
