Futuristic Pinhole Photographs

  • Liv Harris

I used a 75 year old box brownie camera to photograph my local area at night for my mini brief: technology. I combined old and new technology (photoshop and scanner) to digitise these images. I am pleased with the dystopian atmosphere in these final photographs. I used Kentmere photographic paper that a kind Canadian photographer gave to me in the summer which reacted to the sustainable tea developer I used to develop these pinhole photos at home, which gave the negatives a brown-red colour that turned to a blue hue when inverted.
