Gapcap : Rebranding

Gapcap is a fintech company based in the UK. UAL challenged a few students from our course, myself included, to propose a brand new visual identity. This is my proposal : as Gapcap offers to bridge the gap between businesses and investors, I designed a logo which aimed to represent this bridge : the red dot, which links the word "gap" with "cap", represents their company. In the G shaped symbol : the complex shape on the left side represents their client, the blue shape on the right side represents the cash they need, and the red dot represents the Gapcap company, which links the two shapes together. "Keep the wheel spinning. Keep your cash flowing. Keep your business growing."
