We are taken behind the front lines of the Northern Tube Line, a Mcdonald's drive-through, and an impromptu hair salon. Dive into the heads of Londoners who just can't seem to make up their mind! The Brand: Giffgaff is a mobile phone provider who offers changeable phone contracts to the 18 to 30-year-old market and is designed to be commitment-free. The ad's copy dialogue is adapted to Giffgaff's young, chatty and approachable tone of voice. The Insight: An ode to the indecisive millennials of London and their everyday struggles of not being able to make up their mind.
