Happy celebration of womanhood everyone! As this date was fast approaching I couldn't help but ponder over what this day actually means to me and what does it stands for in my eyes. I couldn’t help but wonder why is there just one specific date in place? Womanhood is something to be consciously celebrated and embraced on the daily. From doing your self-care routines to talking openly about your period (to even wearing a T-shirt with a girlboss on it). These are all small acts of cherishing what it means to be a woman in today’s world. Through designing 3 badass girlbosses on T-shirts (Lelaya, Emilee, Kikama), this is my way of highlighting how empowering it is to be a part of such a beautiful community.
