We developed a brand alliance strategy for Glenmorangie to support the premium positioning; Unnecessarily Well Made.
Using our unique approach we identified lifestyle categories of influence by target group, then short-listed potential partners and rated those partners against the desired objectives. The preferred partners were identified based on their potential for us to drive fresh thinking and more progressive collaborative activations.
