Graduate Collection Milli Vol.1

Milli Vol.1 consists of a few aspects. I have been heavily influenced by retro futurism and films such as Barbarella. The 10th Victim, Liquorice pizza and The Love Witch. Focusing on the theme of a future that never came to be or films that have a 70s aesthetic. My designs have been inspired by satire, soft porn and have a camp nature. Taking aspects of this era and combining them with tech wear references from the 21st century the collection Milli Vol.1 is a reflection of my upcycling process and love for collecting second hand toys. I have involved my upcycled jewellery brand Princessplastik within Milli Vol.1 and elements of embellishment are a prevalent theme throughout. Many thanks to everyone involved
