Graphic designer needed

In need of a graphic designer for a second collection, was hoping we can have a sit down and create a few rough sketches for up-and-coming, drop here are a few ideas of what we are looking for. This will be a nonpaid job as we have paid a few people already and wasn't too happy with the final results. We are hoping we can build a long term and ongoing relationship.
