Hanover Bond

OVERVIEW Situated at the heart of Mayfair in one of London’s oldest squares, Hanover Bond is a collection of 80 luxury residences integrated with and serviced by Mandarin Oriental hotels. Created by independent super-prime developer Clivedale, these exquisite boutique homes were designed by renowned architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners with interiors by Danish superstar designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. BRIEF To originate a name and create materials for investment procurement and international pre-sales. A hospitality services partner had yet to be secured and the collateral would also have to help attract a world class hotelier. RESPONSE By celebrating the global renown of Mayfair, its cultural history and the residences’ proximity to the world-famous fashion and retail of Bond and New Bond Streets, we created a brand and typographic visual identity system for digital items and a collection of beautiful bespoke print materials with the help Book Works Studio and Push print. Designed to showcase the sophistication, quality and style of the area, the materials succeeded in attracting substantial pre-sales investment as well as securing the partnership of Mandarin Oriental as hotelier.
