Harrods Christmas Grotto 2015

Interactive walk-through journey of Santa's workshop. During my time at Just So Ltd, we provided our creative services to Harrods design team in producing the Christmas Grotto experience. My role in this project was Designer and Project Manager. I was responsible for managing budget and project spending, all suppliers and production teams, client communication, production and installation. I designed concepts for the bespoke mechanical moving characters, retail displays and interactive games. This also included designing the floor plan journey throughout the space.
