Our brief for the recent complete refurbishment of Harry’s Club, a private members club in Mayfair, was to curate the substantial existing art collection which was in need of a refresh, in particular the 130 Peter Arno caricatures. We opted for hand-painted pink frames and soft green mounts to contrast with the beautiful green silk Fortuny wall covering. We then hung the collection on aged brass chandelier chains and picture rails. Each picture is individually lit with its own antique brass picture light. In addition, our gold leaf wallpaper overlaid with pink and green botanicals dresses the ladies washroom.
