Hear Me Now is an NHS-commissioned app to support people with learning difficulties and cognitive impairments. Through multimedia inputs, the platform helps users to communicate with those around them and provides them with more autonomy and control over their care, amplifying their voices. I led the founding team at Maldaba – along with their key stakeholders – through the naming, strategy & positioning, and rebranding of the original app ‘My Health Guide’, and delivered a new bold identity that engaged their users, aligning them with their plans for expansion within the NHS and social care. I also redesigned the app interface and created the new website concept.
