By welding together the worlds of allegorical, mythological and gothic, Oliver FJ Jones releases his second capsule collection ‘Heathens & Hounds’ 2021 As if something from Bosch’ earthly delights, ghostly figures clad themselves in heraldic ermine fur, painted vintage leather, silk scarves and custom painted evening bags. Gold tone Gargoyles and studded Witches hearts adorn suits whilst hand drawn tights resemble demonic oddities. ‘Heathens & Hounds’ evokes other worldly gothic aesthetics whilst celebrating the juxtaposition of preconceived ‘gendered’ forms of expression.
