As a Junior Account Operations Manager you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like handling the day-to-day operations of a key account as well as other task that come along while the onboarding process. You’ll be collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure a successful collaboration between APYA and our partners.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...
Ensure operational excellence by managing transport operations in close contact with customer and partner accounts, in- and external counterparts acting as the first point of contact for all sides on daily basis
Support senior team members by preparing performance reports
Constantly optimize operational processes in cross-functional cooperation with our Global Operation, Carrier Management & Product teams
Take over end-to-end responsibility for smaller accounts
Develop strong data insights to understand account performance
You will build our Supply Chain processes and be responsible for our onboarding of brands
You are responsible for quality control and for our operative projects with external service providers as well as internal optimization approaches
You are responsible for monitoring and controlling the logistic processes
Master’s degree and/or professional experience in logistics management, business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations
Availability to work part-time, German / English fluent
KPI and analytical driven mind-set
Excellent MS-Office skills, especially Excel
