Holi Festival
Portraits from a new personal project shot at the Holi festival in Vrindavan, India. Holi is the most intense and colourful religious festival in India, celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs and tourists alike, a riot of people throwing coloured powder and water at each other. I was really interested in what state people were in after the colours had been thrown, how their new skin totally transformed them.
