Homage

In November 2020, I completed what was meant to be my final university project, "Homage". This piece is a celebration of my friends, as well as the beauty and empowerment of women. The contrast of traditional elements against modernity allows the viewer to question how women are perceived in a religious context through the use of imagery such as the halo and triptych.
