Honour's Publication Editorial

An editorial as part of my Honour's publication, 'Control of the Reins'- exploring spirituality as a form of escapism during times of great uncertainty. "The Cleanse": In relation to a point where you have reached complete certainty and comfort in life through the means of spirituality. Uncertainty and worry lies within us all and it all comes down to how we deal with this and move forward emotionally. Location led the narrative as I wanted to show complete isolation from the outside world, almost like being in your own protective bubble. I wanted the model to feel like they were connected with their surroundings and cleansing from the worries and problems they are wishing to escape from. As we currently live during a period of great uncertainty, we seek to re-gain control emotionally and internally as a coping mechanism. Creative direction, photography and styling all by me.
