Hospital by the Hill

I am so honoured to be able to share with you an incredibly special project I have been working on over the past year alongside author Chris Connaughton and bereavement charity Simon Says' founders Sally Stanley + Victoria Hussey. To mark next week’s National Day of Reflection, our new book—which includes a foreword written by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex—is being released to support bereaved children and young people who lost loved ones to Covid-19. Hospital by the Hill tells the story of a young person coming to terms with the loss of their mother who was a frontline worker at a hospital. This book is available for free for any young person or child in the UK who has lost a loved one during the Covid pandemic. We hope this story brings a little bit comfort and support through the hard and horrible times of bereavement helping open conversations around grief and nurturing memories of these loved ones lost.
