Hotel Omm - Promoting OmmSeries and targeting a new audience.

BRIEF
The brief for this project was to use the national and international press releases as a way to target a wider audience. OmmSeries was a weekly event held at the 5* hotel in Barcelona, meaning that we had to be selective with where we circulated the press releases as we wanted to keep the event exclusive yet with a busy and vibrant atmosphere.
ROLE
I was responsible for drafting the press releases with a younger audience in mind. The idea was to write for young proffessionals and really sell the 'after-work' drinks aspect of the evening. I was also tasked with coming up with new ideas for themes and keeping all the communications in line with said themes along with ensuring that all information/ copy were in line across all social media channels.
RESULT
Our client were very happy with the results of the communications rehaul for the OmmSeries. We were successful in attracting a younger audience, mainly through our work being published in magazines such as: Time Out Spain, Clubbing Spain, and many more.

The examples below simply show the copy, we also worked in conjunction with our client to create a separate design and layout for the press releases for when we sent them out.
