How Long Have We Been Doing This?

In response to the theme "A Future World". Created, Visualized, and Edited by Bagels. Sound Design by Elena Corcobado. This project is created in response to the theme "A Future World". How Long Have We Been Doing This? is an experimental narrative set in a future world where humanity had to leave Earth due to human action. Centered around the saying "Too much of anything is never good", we explore scenarios and environments on the uninhabitable Earth guided through a journey visualized by the concept of manga in motion. The narrative draws attention to current environmental issues such as global warming and overpopulation by showing versions of stylized future environments where these issues are left unattended. Our purpose is to remind viewers of the importance of sustainable development, at the same time calling for action through our message - The key to a bright future world lies in the preservation and sustainability of the resources we have now.
