HOW MY SCARS AFFECTED MY BODY DYSMORPHIA

I pitched and wrote a piece for Into The Fold on how my recent, life saving surgery, affected my battle with body dysmorphia, that I had finally controlled after nine years of struggle. The piece looked out how advertising and social media affected my struggles, and concluded that my scars were actually a sign of strength, not imperfection.
