Hübscher is a Swiss menswear brand specialising in bespoke suits and shirts with a special twist. Matthäus Hübscher, who comes from a proud line of tailors that has spanned three generations, engaged Foundry to help develop the brand and its positioning.
FOUNDRY approached the rebranding process with a lot of consideration for the history of the family-run business. Hübscher’s coat of arms remained, but traditional, masculine accessories were also added and re-imagined for today’s modern gentleman.
Next, we developed a concept for the Gentleman Lounge in the heart of Zurich, at Löwenstrasse 12. Together with Matthäus Hübscher, we designed and built a space where gentlemen can experience an atmosphere of style, culture and great expertise not found anywhere besides London’s Savile Row.
