Major trends - especially the ability to be connected anywhere and everywhere via technology - has changed the way companies hire employees and how they behave in the working-world. Rather than entering into lifelong loyalty to a single company, it has become normal to frequently look for new jobs with better prospects. Such behaviour is particularly noticeable with young talents. This study shows which factors influence the way young creatives apply and are scouted out of university. With the aim of closing the knowledge gap in order to better prepare students looking for a job in the creative industries in London.
