Writing does not lie outside the realm of core graphic design practice. It is situated at its centre; it should be treated and applied as another critical tool at the designer's disposal - an alternate mode of thinking and production. This project asked me to articulate my research into a focused subject area through a sustained piece of design writing.
So I started researching in the world of identity with the aim of understanding the “backstage” dynamics in several fields of knowledge and try to approach them to myself.
