Idle Gods (MA Character Animation for English National Opera(

During 2nd year of MA Character Animation at Central Saint Martins, we got a chance to work with the English National Opera to create an animated film based on one of their productions. Our team has been working on a film based on Opera Madame Butterfly. The film, directed by Katy Fabian, uses an exaggerated caricature of Pinkerton to showcase his mistreatment and commodification of Butterfly, as well as his abuse of power and destruction of the whole town.

I worked as an animator, colouring artist, character and background designer for this film, as well as assisted with the production schedule.
