Ailbhe's love of cooking, eating, reading and writing about food naturally led her to illustrate her personal food blog Simply Splendiferous. Gradually a personal project became professional as more and more illustrative commissions came her way. The projects range from packaging, branding, tasting menus of acclaimed London chefs, informative illustrations for websites, to a year long project which married illustration and marketing design for London brewery, Young's.
