Immersive Installation/ Performance: ‘On the Digital Ruins of Nature we build a Shrine...’ in collaboration with Anna Ivanaova.

Set Design/ Installation based upon an environmental anthropology research project contemplating future imaginaries of an earth whereby ‘nature’ no longer exists. Natural entities and ‘spaces’ have become mythologized and worshipped as spirits of a world that once was. For this project we spent months collecting discarded digital machines and other non-degradable materials from the streets of Berlin and built a shrine using found objects. The exhibition was an immersive performance whereby we opened the shrine to the public and invited people to engage in ritual, bringing offerings of any non-decomposable form to build onto.
