My innate curiosity led me to a point where I decided to join the School Geographical Club Peneplena. This club brings together students of the University High School in Chorzow. One of the forms of our work is to organize trips which teach geography from another perspective. Together with my schoolmates, we regularly travel around European countries but the most memorable is our expedition to India in summer 2017. In order to set this expedition, we took up extra work after school and we managed to find sponsors who remunerate our journey. During a two-month-expedition we covered more than 9400 miles, visited dozens of cities, met a thousands of people and saw how dependent people are on the fabrics production and export. This experience taught me a great lesson of how the clothing production looks like. Furthermore, I visited three different schools in which I helped to teach English and I realized how significant education and equality are.
