Interactive Museum

This was my Final Major Project from AUB and a self directed brief that secured me my first class honours degree.
I wanted to look into the application of technology within interior spaces and my dissertation was focused on interactive technology within educational environments; so to carry this forward into my FMP I chose the natural history museum as my client.
My project is based around two existing briefs provided by the Natural History Museum. One of them being the removal and rehousing of the Diplodocus Exhibit, the main dinosaur exhibit that is being toured around various venues around the country. The other brief is the “Vision to 2020” brief which lays out some aims to improve the digital performance of the museum by using technology to create innovative ways for people to interact exhibits.
