Iridescent: The Capsule Collection

'CONFIGURED FORMS: Iridescent' is a capsule collection of final samples that have been developed off of my 'CONFIGURED FORMS' brief and project. The samples are heavily embellished or manipulated to respond to the form and textural qualities of shells, inspired by fashion and jewellery trend predictions for Spring 2021. My aim for this collection was to develop my concept, bringing in fresh ideas for a collection inspired by my previous work, but embellished to reflect a renewed approach. Completed on a Dubied machine, these samples are knitted with silk or organic cotton and embellished with natural hemp and a mixture of glass and freshwater pearls for luxury.
