Client Agata Szpejna Complete Haircare is well renowned hair salon based in Warsaw, Poland. Its luxury and tailored hair services are designed for TV celebrities and busy public personalities who enjoy the privacy of the salon’s location. “We believe there is inner beauty in everyone and our job is to bring it out and to emphasise a client’s personality by selecting the perfect shade, cut and hairstyle.” Goal Designing a modern irregular grid, responsible website layout and let the photography play the main visual role. Adding an artsy vibe while keeping the funtionality and simplicity of the website navigation. About the project The irregular grid layouts are heavily inspired by Instagram and social media posts. Colour palette is subtle and doesn’t distract the eye from the photography. There are grey tones in the studio’s interior design as well so everything is being kept unified. It was challenging to use the already designed logo. Logo reduction was made to serve as an ornament although the client wanted to keep the logo’s full version in all of the responsive menus in order to build a brand name recognition. While working with a webdeveloper we needed to get sure the responsive layouts would work flowlessly because most of the clients would be viewing the website on their mobile divices.
