The aim of this project was – to enable the learner to develop and effectively apply a research method, which demonstrates contextual awareness and an ability to interpret and evaluate information. The project started off by using the word ‘LATCH’ as an acronym. This helped me understand how typology worked and what it was about, as it helped me organize the information I had to create an image. The posters advertise how long it takes for a Nike factory worker to afford each pair of trainers by how much they are paid (provided they do not spend any of the money). The first image is of a webdesign that I created of which is based on the Nike official website. It represents itself as a mockery of the website as it's main purpose is to communicate a message to audiences , instead of being a catalogue.
