Italian Vibes Brand Design

Freelance brand design project while travelling through India

Brief: A brand design project for an Italian restaurant; Italian vibes in Udaipur, India. The company was looking for a brand would represent their new Italian restaurant which has a brand audience of western tourists
and middle-class residents. They wanted the brand design to be contemporary, clean, unique, and traditional.
A design that would hold up against any contemporary Italian restaurant found in Europe, bringing a piece of Europe into India.

Solution: After visiting the restaurant and discovering the unique three pillars in the centre which has been painted in pastel colours to symbols the Italian flag. I decided to play around with incorporating this into
the logo design which helped create the unique b which radiates from the centre of the design. The unique contemporary 'b' inspired a specific typeface for the company that is used on the house wine bottles and
bi-annually e-newsletter. The colour scheme that has been used was inspired by the interior plans for the newly opened restaurant with an emphasis on the pistachio green.
