'Jaded town' is where the residents and the atmosphere have become weary, cynical, bored, and disillusioned. Whether it is due to economic decline, social issues, loss of faith, or a lack of positive vibes, the series doesn't intend to find an answer but rather to showcase the flip side of a metropolis. It portrays a town that has lost its vitality and enthusiasm. In his work, Aleks parallels environmental pollution and mental struggles. He sees a strong connection between the planet's pollution and mental instability. In other words, people try to free themselves from mental struggles by discarding physical garbage. Metaphorically, we exist in a graveyard of each other's memories and emotional burdens. It seems deceptively easy to hide or dump that mental and physical garbage and pretend that nothing happened. For Aleks, this represents mental pollution, and in his series, he places abandoned objects at the composition's centre, using his visual language to emphasize their significance and impact on the environment.
