JOH3 Building Apartment

  • Daniele Melilli Mancinetti

When a couple from Munich asked us to design the open living area in their Berlin apartment, and mentioned it was in the JOH3 Building, an iconic building designed by J. Mayer G. Architects, we said yes without having to look at the place or meeting the clients before. It was too much of a special opportunity to miss. The budget was great, so we had room to play and use some of our favorite brands, we based the color scheme around the custom leather sofa and a painting the couple owned already. We played with neutral earthy tones mixed with black and a touch of brass. Definitely one of our best interiors to date.
