A picture book project constructed during my second year of university, The project urged us to communicate a difficult topic through images. I took this opportunity to communicate the theme of depression to the viewer. Using an almost monochrome colour pallet and minimalist watercolour style I explore ideas of depression, Taking the viewer through a journey of sorrow, all the while with a sense of underlying hope.
