PURPOSE To engage & build interest amongst influential & supportive markets within the US music & culture scene. To utilise feedback to further shape launch & build higher anticipation for premiere & post release engagement with US platforms. INFLUENCE We produced 2x tastemaker events in 2 US cities; Los Angeles & New York.With the recent successes of the London tastemaker event we were keen to engage a market that has a growing taste for UK rap music. The events team identified premium screening venues to host our special guests, creating an ideal first impression. We confirmed RSVP’s from music journalists from top US publications, DJ’s / Presenters from LA & NY’s top radio station and influencers who have a growing interest in UK rap culture. The key messaging for these events was “Welcome To The Jungle” and each attendee was gifted with a gift bag reflecting this.
