A little about the project

An indulgent donut made with slightly imperfect raspberries to create a Raspberry and Lotus gin donut topped with salted maple praline almonds for a little bit of crunch. The core concept (USP) is the donut is made from raspberries that would have been thrown away. By making a donut from them you have the benefit of creating a product that is a circular economy version of sustainability. This meets the desire of Millennials and Gen Z of conscious consumption. Just as Sweet as a name puts to the forefront how the donut is a tasty sweet treat and celebrates how the brand saves the fruit from waste; with the tagline "Waste or a delicious Gin donut?" around the box. This creates an interactive experience for the buyers to help them feel they are using their consumption powers for good and giving the demographics a new flavour combination to experience.
