Kells - Ceanannas

Part of my project 'Éire and Me'. Kells has a special place in my heart, a place where I have spent a lot of my time growing up. I've seen shops come and go when I've visited friends and family. A quiet town and important in Irish history. A place where the Book of Kells originated and situated where the River Boyne flows. My Mum grew up in this small town. Faces always pass that I recognise or know of. The beautiful countryside. Driving in the car and passing by the fields and fields of cows and sheep. Kells will always be so special to me.
