**JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER** **Looking for a junior interior designer to design a Kent residence project. **
Client is looking to renovate Ground Floor spaces to an open plan for dinner parties and cozy nights in!
ROOMS TO INCLUDE:
- Hallway- Stairs
- Lounge - Dining Room (open plan space)
- Bathroom- Utility Room
- Under stairs storage space requested to be a small wine cellar
**Possibly to include bedrooms and master bedroom if price is right**
DELIVERABLES
- MoodBoards (pre-lims to final)
- Full Interior Specifications, Lay-outs and Drawings
- Scope of Work and Sequencing support
- Interiors and Fixture Schedule
- Budget options in designs
CURRENTLY NOT IN SCOPE
- Kitchen will not be renovated only decorated
- Fireplaces remain in-situ
- Windows remain in-situ
